I am fortunate to a part of a wonderful leadership/management community who so generously share their ideas, insights and knowledge. We all say “good bye” to our peers, managers, consultants and clients at workplace when they leave. Mary Jo Asmus hits it right when she suggests that leaders become more “human” and compassionate, even when saying good bye. A very succinct reminder.
