Though I read Darwin’s findings long ago, I just remembered “Survival of the fittest”. The word fittest here is quiet confusing. Thanks for quoting the above which clarifies what “fittest” means.

Nice to see the application of this theory to non-biological world! Seems like a universal law. I can hardly find an example where this rule doesn’t apply.

How to identify a change in the environment or still better how to have a premonition of a change is something interesting to mull over.
