When faced with difficult situations at work or in life, our first instinct is to complain, blame and find faults in something external, other people and external situations.

Those who aren’t committed find faults. Those who are committed find a way.
– Dan Rockwell.
Next time you find yourself in tough context, observe how you deal with it. Remind yourself of this: Commitment finds a way!
