In 100 Words: Choosing Faith Over Fear

We are going through an unprecedented time. It is easy to get sucked into the spiral of pandemic data, live charts, sensational headlines, misinformation and round-the-clock updates across different platforms.

Fear stems from overthinking. When we step on a treadmill of constant consumption, we imagine worst-case scenarios (what-if). Anxiety paralyses us.

Faith is innate to us. As kids, we lived with complete faith. As we evolve, our faith should stem from having a clear mind that focuses on right actions and believes in better outcomes, even in the face of adversity (even-if).

Like fear, faith is contagious too. Choose better!
