IDENTIFY >

We map the current reality by working closely with the internal stakeholders to understand:

  • Where do we come from?
  • Where are we today?
  • Where do we need to be?
  • What’s missing? What can be improved? What should be stopped? What needs to start?

This phase typically involves facilitating conversations and listening actively to things said and unsaid, in a conducive conversational space that we hold.

INTEGRATE >

We then integrate the shared understanding, identify patterns, synthesize the insights, and map the current reality to identify gaps, improvement areas and white spaces in current reality with respect to the strategic objectives of the organization, strategic site or a team.

The outcome of this phase is a prioritized backlog of areas to focus on as well as a parking lot for ideas with secondary priority. This phase is about assimilating and sense making with the big picture in mind.

IMPLEMENT

We engage the identified stakeholders within teams, functions or across functions to facilitate the conversation on solutions, possible experiments and learning requirements.
