All improvement start with action

I read an interview of Kevin Eikenberry (author of “Remarkable Leadership“) over at Slacker Manager conducted by Phil Gerbyshak. Kevin also has a blog named “Remarkable Leadership.“
In response to one question, Kevin responds:
“Take action. Identify one thing that you would like to improve on. It could be something you are already good at, or something that you struggle with. Either way, take some action to improve your effectiveness in some way. Remarkable leaders are always on the path towards learning and improvement, and that all starts with action.”
At the crux, it is all about execution – planning is all important but as Tom Peters says, “You only find oil if you drill wells.”
