Recently, I came across a very interesting blog called Stronger Teams Blog – an excellent resource for articles related to team building and improvement.

A beautiful analogy between team values and human body and examination of team in a way doctor examines human body is presented in this post. Worth a read.

Coaching to help others solve problems
The fact that coaching and mentoring are extremely essential skills for effective leadership and management is well emphasized here. Key idea here is that effective managers and team leaders engage themselves in coaching which enables team members to broaden their viewpoint and grease the wheels . Surely a nice read!

Teams use the language of “We”
The focus here is on cultivating a “we” mentality – an extremely important thing to have when it comes to efficient teamwork. I have seen a lot of managers who take the credit of the work done by teams. Speaking “we language” gives a feeling of involvement and connectedness to all the team members.
