#QUALITYtweet – Book Release

My first book #QUALITYtweet – 140 bite-sized ideas to deliver quality in every project, released on 11-Nov-09 is now available on Amazon (Paperback and Kindle Versions). Check it out. I can’t wait to have the paperback version in my hands (shipped and expected to arrive in India next week).
This is both a happy and proud moment for me. This is just the beginning, and a fantastic one.
This book focuses on people, process and leadership and how they impact quality culture of the organization.
